Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team! This role involves hands-on work with welding, chain and roller systems, and rebuilding/replacing drives, pumps, and motors. If you have a strong work ethic, initiative, and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
? Perform welding and equipment repairs.
? Troubleshoot and maintain chain and roller systems.
? Replace and rebuild drives, pumps, and motors.
? Identify and resolve mechanical issues to prevent downtime.
? Work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
? Education: College degree or Technical Equivalent (required).
? Experience: Minimum 10 years in maintenance or mechanical repair.
? Must-Have Skills:
? Welding – Perform repairs and fabrication.
? Chains/Rollers – Troubleshoot and maintain system integrity.
? Drives, Pumps, Motors – Replace and rebuild essential components.
