Job Title: Metrology Planner/Scheduler
Location: Rockville, MD
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Type: Contract
Pay: $33-$38/hr
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Metrology Planner/Scheduler to join our team in Rockville, MD. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that all building and equipment calibration and maintenance activities are efficiently planned and executed.
Responsibilities:
- Develops content for Blue Mountain RAM activities (maintenance plans, calibration templates) Working with vendors to forecast equipment needs over next 2-3 months
- Coordinate and oversee building and equipment calibration and maintenance activities, from scheduling and communication to documentation and follow up.
- Creates and maintains a schedule for building and equipment calibration and maintenance to meet operational needs
- Manages and maintains records of all completed work, both internally and by vendors
- Work with equipment owners to schedule maintenance and calibration.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma with 6 years of experience in a facilities/maintenance environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 18 months experience in a related field
- Experience with Blue Mountain or another ERP system to track work order
- Outgoing and willing to partner and have conversations across the organization
- Experience with bioreactors, AKTA’s preferred, or experience with biomanufacturing
