You'll work with cutting-edge molecular technologies, contribute to impactful processes, and advance your career in a collaborative and innovative environment.This is your opportunity to make a difference from day one and grow with a lab that's set to redefine excellence.What You'll DoPerform lab tests (nucleic acid isolation, PCR, NGS, and more) using automated and manual methods.Conduct tasks like extractions, library prep, reagent prep, and data analysis.Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot cutting-edge equipment (e.g., KingFisher, MiSeq).Ensure quality through adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and Good Documentation Practices.Contribute to process improvements and train lab assistants and other team members.What You BringBachelor’s Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.Proficiency in lab techniques (micropipetting, dilutions, and safety protocols).Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Familiarity with lab information systems and regulatory standards (CAP, CLIA, FDA).Preferred QualificationsASCP, AMT, AAB, or equivalent certification.Hands-on experience with molecular biology, microbiology, or genetics in a clinical lab.Expertise with advanced lab equipment like QuantStudio, Hamilton MicroLab STAR, or MiSeq.#M3System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
