RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in coordinating transparency reporting activities, including data collection, remediation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and completeness of submissions.
- Support third-party vendors in preparing, validating, and submitting federal, state transparency reports within established timelines, work with HCPs, and patient engagement.
- Monitor transparency-related spend data sources and communicate issues to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Frequent and timely communicate across all functions and entities.
- Interact and coordinates with external service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Required
- A minimum of 4 years of required experience in compliance, business operations or accounting related functions, preferable in pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries.
- A minimum of one year of experience with healthcare compliance regulations and industry standards including basic understanding of HCPs engagement, preferred.
- Experience with open payment requirements and operational systems and data reporting tools, preferred.
- Familiarity with life sciences operational processes is a plus.
