Job Title: Quality Engineer
Location: On-Site
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM or 8 AM - 5 PM
Compensation: $60 per hour
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to develop and implement quality standards, evaluate product integrity, and improve production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control procedures and testing methods.

Analyze blueprints and technical drawings to ensure compliance with standards.

Oversee product evaluations, process improvements, and reliability testing.

Lead teams in measuring, testing, and reporting on product quality.

Conduct training sessions on quality control practices.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Experience: 5-7 years in quality engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, and FMEA.

Experience with AIAG Core Tools and IATF standards.

Proficiency in MiniTab and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
