System One is looking to fill 2 Recruiting Coordinator positions to support a customer in Bellevue, WA. This opportunity is for a local/hybrid position on a 6-month contract with the potential for extension.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience in a recruiting coordinator role
- Excellent customer focus, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in oral and written communication, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Skilled in problem-solving, multitasking, and adapting to changing priorities
- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and demonstrating a sense of urgency
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
- Capable of completing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates integrity, open communication, respect, and a collaborative mindset
