Duration : Contract to Hire
Primary Location: Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH or Birmingham, AL or Phoenix AZ
HYBRID : 3 days office / 2 remote
Years of Experience: 12 years applicable experience required

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Attend/facilitate crew ceremonies
• Be accessible during hours of operation which is typically between 8AM-5PM EST, Monday -Friday. Weekends are possible if production issues arise and/or code deployments.
• Work with team members to remove impediments
• Fostering a collaborative environment
• Provide leadership to the team
• Respect teammates
Must have technical skills (Min 8yrs of exp required in all of the below skills)
1. Technical Knowledge (UI/API/DB knowledge of each component and how they interrelate)
2. Tracking backlogs - (Jira/Azure DevOps)
3. Review logs / repos – (DevOps Tool: Jenkins, BitBucket
4. Leadership
5. Excellent written and verbal communications skills
6. High problem-solving ability
7. Conflict Resolution skills
