System One is seeking a highly qualified Agile Coach/ Scrum Master for a long-term opportunity in Tampa, FL. Ideal candidates will have experience with Jira and the ability to guide and support newly formed Scrum and Kanban project teams. Responsibilities:

- Help development teams follow SAFe Agile framework
- Plan deliverables, manage scope, and project timelines
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Help resolve issues that block teams’ work
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Significantly improve overall agile and scrum processes for product / service delivery
- Support 3 scrum teams in preparation for product delivery and implementation in a multi-channel agile environment.
- 3 years' experience managing Atlassian products (JiraCloud and JiraAlign)
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with teams and leadership
- Experience with Agile and Kanban development frameworks and project management in large enterprise environments
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues
- Able to demonstrate experience supporting technical users and conduct requirements analysis
- Can work independently with minimal guidance & oversight
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study (i.e. Computer Science, Information Technology)
- Experience with IT Service Management and familiarity with Incident & Problem management and ServiceNow tool
- SAFe and Scrum Master certifications preferred
- Bilingual fluency in English & Portuguese highly preferred
