Description:
- Execute daily outbound shipment plans.
- Coordinate freight for all outbound stock transfers between locations in assigned regions.
- Schedule deliveries as required and work with logistics to develop location daily load plans.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with 3PL service provider.
- Assist with other projects as required.
- Complete administrative support tasks for the plant manager including ordering supplies, entering product counts and creating POs, distributing documentation, etc.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in dispatching/transportation environment.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and be computer literate.
- MUST have SAP Experience.
