*** The job is on-site with a HYBRID ( 3d office / 2d home ) work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA
Site Reliability Engineer Lead :
- Deconstruct logical diagrams for HR, legal, audit, and workforce technology platforms
- Analyze and improve the reliability of HR applications
- Research issues resulting from inefficient code, data use, and connectivity between applications
- Perform manual work to support the environmental health of the platform
- Recommend areas where advanced monitoring can be applied
- Work collaboratively with architects, Application Support Managers (ASMs), and Technical Leads
- Support the overall health and performance of workforce technology environments
Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :
- 7 years of experience in site reliability engineering
- Experience with BigPanda (Big Panda) monitoring and alert correlation platform
- Experience with Dynatrace application performance monitoring solution
- Experience with Evolven IT Operations Analytics platform
- Experience with LogScale (formerly Humio) log management system
- Experience with Ansible automation platform for configuration management
- Experience creating technical documentation using Visio
- Experience with Jira project management and issue tracking software
