The Senior Manager of Finance Transformation will lead their team through executing on the implementation of company-wide solutions that build enterprise, team, and process capabilities. You will work with various business line and functional leaders through the process of engaging and empowering finance team members to identify, understand, and implement sustainable process improvements. You will provide recommendations, execute plans, and oversee integration relative to financial systems, processes, and staffing. You will prioritize opportunities that align with enterprise expectations and provide excellent customer service.

Compensation : $120,000 - $135,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus
