System One is seeking an Technical Data Analyst for an organization in Tulsa. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years of experience with demonstrated track record of successful technical leadership in the execution of large-scale data projects. . The Ideal candidate is local to Tulsa or surrounding areas due to frequent travel to the office.

How You Will Spend Your Time
- Working with stakeholders to understand their business needs and gather detailed requirements.
- Creating comprehensive documentation of business and functional requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Collaborating with technology partners to architect, design, and build data and analytics solutions that empower business success.
- Creating data flows, architecture diagrams, data model, data integration, data controls, transformations, and more!
- Coordinating with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless communication and understanding of requirements and timelines
- Leading meetings - providing agendas and engaging the right resources, keeping on track with agenda
- Working with core system subject matter experts to deeply understand data models and define transformation logic.
- Preparing and presenting requirement documentation and status reports to stakeholders and project teams.
- Applying advanced technical understanding of data flows across multiple applications, software and system integrations, RDBMS principles, and tiered environments
- Working with data engineers and business stakeholders to understand the current interface systems that are in place
Bachelor’s Degree in a data-centric field (Computer Science, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, etc.) and minimum 4-6 Years’ experience with demonstrated track record of successful technical leadership in the execution of large-scale data projects.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and demonstrate background as a “self-starter”
- Strong TSQL expertise
- Understanding of ETL methodologies and data integration design patterns (API, streaming, enterprise job schedulers, batch)
- Azure Data Lake and Azure Data bricks experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of Data Warehouse and data lake concepts
- Strong development experience in SQL Server Integration Services
- Hands-on experience developing test cases and entering defects
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills and ability to present complex information and issues in a clear and concise manner
- Well-developed conceptual thinking and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex problems that include interrelationships and dependencies to identify common themes and solutions,
- Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership over projects and responsibilities, and resolving issues proactively
