Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze test requirements, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Design comprehensive testing protocols that meet project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Execute tests while meticulously documenting results to facilitate thorough data analysis.
- Author detailed test design documents, testing procedures, and final reports, ensuring clarity and completeness in all documentation.
- Assist in coordinating the setup and commissioning of experimental equipment under the guidance of Senior Test Engineers.
- Promote continuous learning by applying best practices from the nuclear industry and identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to effectively achieve project objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of Engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a testing or research and development environment is preferred.
- Proven experience working in laboratory settings, with strong skills in post-processing and documenting experiments.
- Familiarity with various testing types, such as R&D, Acceptance, Validation, and Qualification.
- Experience with molten metallic sodium and molten salt systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple objectives and effectively resolve conflicts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen focus on safety and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and solve complex research and development challenges.
