Position Overview:
The Warehouse Picker I is responsible for the order-picking and preparation process. This includes identifying, collecting, and kitting materials in specified quantities for manufacturing customer orders or direct shipment. The role also involves processing paperwork, organizing kit materials, and ensuring the pick report schedule stays on track. The Warehouse Picker I works under immediate supervision, following instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare orders by pulling materials in specified quantities, printing paperwork, staging orders for production, and delivering shipments.
- Process return authorizations (RAs) and provide replacement parts as needed.
- Handle change orders as required.
- Assist with unloading deliveries when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0–1 year of related experience; prior warehouse experience preferred.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic PC skills.
- Familiarity with domestic and international transportation requirements and processes, as applicable.
- Understanding of company policies and practices related to the safe transportation of goods and materials.
