Join our energetic and positive team as we help guide homeowners through a rewarding outdoor remodeling journey.About YouSelf-motivated : You’re driven by a desire to meet and exceed your goals in an independent environment.Great Communicator : You excel in both verbal and written communications.Personable : You get excited by the chance to speak with a variety of different people and enjoy being the representative face of the company.Organized : You’re able to handle multiple projects at once and can make sure all are getting the necessary attention.Job Responsibilities : Develop and use a variety of recruiting methods including job boards, social media, networking, and industry and role-specific resources to maximize candidate sourcing.Develop cohesive relationships with hiring managers, while getting a feel for each team to ensure a smooth recruiting process and cultural fit within the organization.Manage the interview process including : phone screening and interviewing candidates, recommending qualified candidates, coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and providing feedback for both parties.Create and maintain complete and accurate records within our ATS.Facilitate the handoff from the recruiting process to the onboarding process.Understand current / future hiring needs and analyze the labor market to develop and recommend the right recruiting strategies for the business.Evaluate and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws which pertain to applicant interviewing and hiring.Experience & Skills : A minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience.Proficiency with ATS platforms, search tools and techniques, social media (BambooHR preferred).Experience and advanced skills with MS Office, particularly calendar and scheduling functions.Experience recruiting for all disciplines including Sales, Administrative, Operations, etc.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Experience in a setting that requires a sense of immediacy, ability to manage competing demands.Strong organizational, time management, and process management skills necessary to maintain workload.Must be able to accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimum supervision.This will be a contract position for our busier season.Our Employees Enjoy : Competitive compensation.Full benefits including health, dental vision, life, and a 401K.Continuous education and career development.Ample opportunities for financial and career growth in an industry that’s booming.Apply now at SystemPavers.com / careers.As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at System Pavers, you will see visible results of your work and everything you do will make a difference to the success of our entire company.
