We’re seeking a motivated Field Service Technician with a passion for learning and problem-solving to join our Augusta, GA team. In this role, you’ll provide on-site maintenance, calibration, and repair of industrial scales, helping businesses keep their operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform hands-on maintenance, calibration, and repairs at customer sites.
- Travel within a two-hour radius to support clients with top-notch service.
- Troubleshoot and recommend solutions for weighing and calibration equipment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong work ethic, neat appearance, and the ability to work independently.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a desire to learn and grow.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort using tablets.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Experience:
- Basic electrical knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
- Prior experience in a technical or field service role is a plus.
- Technical degree preferred but not required—we offer on-the-job training.
Requirements:
- Clean driving record with the ability to obtain a Class B CDL.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience and CDL status. Year 1 compensation including benefits and retirement typically exceeds $70,000.
