We’re looking for a dynamic Service Operations Manager to lead our team in Nashville, TN. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operational efficiency, technician development, customer satisfaction, and business growth within your territory. You’ll shape the future of your team while contributing to the growth of the business you have ownership in.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Performance: Set, track, and achieve goals using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead and Develop Teams: Manage, mentor, and develop field technicians, ensuring top-tier service and growth.
- Financial Management: Oversee regional financial performance and create strategies to meet business goals.
- Business Growth: Identify new opportunities, expand territories, and foster strong customer relationships through site visits and consultative sales.
- Operational Excellence: Assist with administrative tasks including purchase orders, invoicing, and collections, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Communication: Provide clear, timely internal and external communication, including emails, calls, and meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in team management, inventory control, and scheduling.
- Technical aptitude is a must; metrology experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate.

Compensation:
Your total compensation package (including vehicle, retirement, and performance-based incentives) is expected to exceed $100,000 in your first year, with plenty of growth potential as you drive business success.
