System Service and Engineering is looking for a Parts Assistant to join our team in Lynn Haven, FL! We are a top tier mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services company for commercial facilities throughout Northwest Florida.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Order and track parts.
- Assign sales opportunities to the Service Sales Team.
- Enter and manage sales opportunities in our CRM system.
- Keep the Rev Chart up-to-date with lead times and arrivals.
- Provide real-time ETA updates to Operations and customers.
- Verify all parts and materials for each work order.
- Maintain and organize the warranty filing database.
- Coordinate warranty part returns.
- Foster strong relationships with customers through top-tier service.
- Solve problems like a pro with quick thinking and resourcefulness.
- Handle additional duties to contribute to our company’s ongoing success.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 5 years of experience preferred
- General trade knowledge, experience in the HVAC industry a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with a knack for multitasking
