The Business Analysis Supervisor will manage a small team of 2 Business Analysts in providing guidance, training, and supervision to ensure peak productivity and performance. This role will include 80% individual contributor tasks and will collaborate with internal service providers and customers to analyze business needs, document requirements, and recommend solutions that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise business analyst team while performing analysis tasks.
- Collaborate with customers to understand business problems, document needs, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Write clear, concise technical and end-user documentation, including requirement specifications and traceability matrices.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
- Analyze and evaluate requirements, propose recommendations.
