Title: Business Analyst
Location: Lansing, MI ( Hybrid )
Contract 12 Months with extension likely
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for deployment, monitoring, and automation initiatives.
- Work closely with Agile development teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and process documentation to support decision-making.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD processes and automation strategies.
- Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies to evaluate business needs and technical solutions.
- Facilitate meetings, create process flows, and maintain project documentation to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Support the development and execution of security best practices in business and technical processes.
Required Experience:
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in the following areas:
- Business process analysis and documentation.
- Gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Supporting web application deployment and monitoring.
- Working with Agile development teams and methodologies.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes, automation, and DevSecOps best practices.
- Experience with systems reliability, load balancing, monitoring, and logging.
- Understanding of secure development principles (e.g., OWASP Top 10).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and business intelligence tools for reporting and analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
