Qualifications and Responsibilities for Data Architect - DBT and AWS glue:
Design and implement scalable, cloud-based data architectures on AWS.
Develop and maintain data lakes, warehouses, and marts using AWS services.
Define data models, schemas, and metadata strategies to support analytics and reporting.
Build and manage ETL pipelines using AWS Glue (PySpark/Scala).
- Optimize Snowflake compute clusters (Warehouses) for cost efficiency.
Develop Glue jobs, workflows, and crawlers for data ingestion and transformation.
Integrate AWS Glue with S3, Redshift, RDS, Athena, and other AWS services.
Design and implement data transformation models in DBT.
Create modular, testable, and reusable DBT models for data transformations.
