Job Description:
The Help Desk Technician will provide technical support via phone, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to:
- Windows 10/11
- Office 365
- Adobe products
- Cisco phones and WebEx
- Basic Active Directory account management
- ITIL Incidents and Service Requests
Qualifications:
Preferred Certifications: A , HDI Support Center Analyst (or equivalent)
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years providing technical support in a Windows 10/Office 365 enterprise environment.
