Description
The International Program Analyst will provide technical support for FMS cases, General International Procurement (GIPR) requests, country requests, and country initial inquiries for all launchers and munitions associated with STORM PMO and for the coordination of requests on non-US or non-STORM managed items.
Also supports technical documentation reviews; coordination between OEMs and countries to determine what hardware and software integration and installation efforts are required; and, provide Subject Matter Expertise to the Office of the Operations Cell Lead and for new business for FMS and cooperative program.

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing recurring summary reports and action status, as well as preparing and reviewing memorandums and briefings and other responses for International Programs.
- Perform IP related data research, collection, compilation and data analysis.
- Provide technical support during government and contractor program reviews that address potential issues.
- Provide tactical and operational expertise on the HIMARS, M270, MLRS family of munitions, operational doctrine, Command and control considerations and support equipment for HIMARS/M270 Units.
- Interface with C2 contractors as necessary and represent IP Directorate in technical meetings.
- Support development of draft SOWs, CDRLs, Government Work Authorizations (GWA) and requirements planning and Provide recommendations on issues that impact products and deliveries.
- Support new radio system research, and impact to country cases.
- Provide research and recommendations on country notional unit organization and recommendations on test and training equipment.
- Master's degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 10 years relevant functional experience, or HS and 14 years of relevant experience.
- Must have had operational experience with STORM products to include HIMARS and M270 launchers and understand the hardware involved and organizational structure.
- Must have a secret or higher DoD security clearance.
- 5 or more years of experience operations associated with HIMARS/M270 and associated MLRS Family of Munitions.
- 5 or more years of experience supporting training, fielding, and implementing operational structure for HIMARS and M270 units.
- 5 or more years of experience supporting Total Package Approach for MLRS, HIMARS and MFOM.
- 4 or more years of experience supporting government and contractor program reviews and summarizing issues and solutions with Government personnel and developing inputs for SOWs?
- 3 or more years of experience with command and control hardware and software and radio alternatives/solutions for MLRS applications.
