S3, Inc. has an immediate need for a Sr. Program Analyst to provide support to our STORM program at Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Position Description:
The Extended Range GMLRS Program Senior Analyst will be the SETA support to the Guided MLRS (GMLRS) Assistant Product Manager. Primary area of responsibility is the Extended Range (ER) GMLRS and its integration efforts for varying warheads/payloads.
Responsibilities:
· Manages and tracks daily program execution, coordinates with STORM personnel, maintains and updates program schedules, interfaces with the prime contractor, and informs PGMR management of status and issues.
· Leads the ER-GMLRS Development IPT and participates in functional level IPTs.
· Coordinates and supports the GMLRS Production team on issues related to transition to production which will be a high priority going forward.
· Responsible for managing risks, issues and opportunities for ER-GMLRS development and transition to production.
· Responsible for defining and planning of execution years and POM years for the RDTE budget and develops UFR descriptions, anomaly requests, reclamas and impact statements related to the RDTE spend budget.
· Develops, tracks and updates RDTE spend plans for the budget execution years and the upcoming year.
- Responsible for coordinating and contributing to major acquisition documentation and milestone documentation development and planning including Justification and Approval (J&A) for sole source contracting, Acquisition Strategies, and Acquisition Plans.
Experience/Skills Required:
· Master's Degree and 18 years of experience or a Bachelor's Degree and 20 years of experience.
· Must have a DoD secret or higher clearance.
· Must have at least 4 or more years of experience dealing with Field Artillery systems.
· Prefer at least 5 or more years in the development and coordination of programmatic activities and acquisition documentation.
· Prefer at least 4 or more years of experience in developing information papers, integrated schedules and budget information.
· 3 or more years of experience in the development of strategic plans for systems or organizations for the Army is preferred.
· 5 or more year of experience briefing Army Leadership on status of programs and critical issues is also preferred.
