About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to support our US-based employees, playing a key role in our "Winning in America" growth strategy. This position reports to the Global Head of HR with a dotted line to the Global HR Manager, offering the chance to shape and influence our HR operations.

You need to have the following experience:
You will have at least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or a similar role. You also need to display strong knowledge of US labor laws and HR functions (employee relations, benefits etc.) and be familiar with visa processes. It will be beneficial if you have the SHRM certification (or in progress).
