Business Continuity Management (BCM) Analyst

Requirements :

  • Coordinate the company’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program including Business Continuity, Technical Recovery, and Vendor Continuity
  • Provide effective second line challenge and oversight of BCM plans.
  • Develop, review and enhance Business Continuity Management policy, programs and procedures

Qualifications / What you bring (Must Haves) – Highlight Top 3-5 skills required.

  • 1-3 years of experience in BCM
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships and influence people
  • Good communication & Multi-task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • High School Diploma is required

    • Added bonus if you have (Preferred) :

  • 2-5 years financial services, preferably auto finance experience
  • Good to have bachelor’s in emergency Mgmt., Risk Mgmt., Business studies or equivalent work experience.
  • Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certified Business Continuity Manager (CBCM), or equivalent
  • Lucid and / or eGRC Archer BCM module is good to have
