One of the largest Precast concrete producers is looking to hire a Sales and Business Development Manager at one of their locations in Northern, VA.
Responsibilities:
*To implement the Company’s sales strategies and tactics which will result in the achievement of the Company’s objectives, and goals.
*Responsible for providing the Company with information regarding competitors and competing construction systems
*Responsible for providing estimators with complete and accurate job information in anticipation of receiving accurate and complete estimates
*Provides feedback on company's position regarding bids and status with the customer
*Consults with General Managers in order to provide best information needed to establish competitive pricing at best margin
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a technical field such as Engineering or Construction Science
*3 years of sales experience in precast concrete industry.
*Must be able to read and interpret Structural and Architectural drawings for buildings
*Socially adept and comfortable managing relationships at all levels in an organization
*Strong personal presence which conveys confidence in their knowledge and ability as a resource to the Customer
*Above average problem-solving ability and able to manage multiple priorities well.
*Self-motivated and assertive
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
