What You’ll Do
As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you’ll be the backbone of our financial operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all accounts payable functions, including monitoring and managing multiple email inboxes.
- Reviewing, posting, and reconciling accounts payable invoices in accounting software.
- Collaborating with clients to process vendor payments and address discrepancies.
- Preparing detailed aging reports for client approvals.
- Managing vendor relations, including credit applications, payment setups, and dispute resolution.
- Reconciling credit card accounts and vendor statements to ensure all credits, returns, and overpayments are accounted for.
- Monitoring bank transactions for irregularities or potential fraud and communicating findings with management.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a detail-oriented leader with a knack for organization and strong communication skills. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- A minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience, ideally in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven leadership experience and a track record of supervising teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
