As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be the point person for all client and internal digital and social media initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies, managing social media presence, and optimizing campaigns to achieve client and company objectives. Responsibilities:
- Client & Internal Digital Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Conduct thorough audits of client and internal digital presence to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, recommending and implementing innovative solutions.
- Social Media Management:
- Create and manage engaging social media content calendars across various platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and customer feedback, responding promptly and professionally.
- Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
- Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Digital Advertising & Optimization:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, social media ads, and display networks.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Client Collaboration & Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their digital marketing goals and objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance and results.
- Effectively communicate digital marketing strategies and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics and insights.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to inform future digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in social media management and digital advertising support.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing principles.
