Job Title: Programmer Analyst

Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months

Description:

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement build, deployment, and monitoring standards.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end automation of deployment and monitoring in a ADO environment as part of Agile development teams.
• Create and optimize custom scripts to improve system efficiency and reduce human intervention time.
• Build and configure delivery environments supporting CI/CD tools using Agile methodologies.
• Develop, document, and implement a comprehensive CI/CD strategy.
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of information and operational support systems.
• Automate tasks using scripts and templates for improved system performance.
• Design and integrate automated security checks and security tools within the CI/CD pipeline.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the following areas:
  • Performing secure code reviews for web and mobile applications.
  • Deploying and monitoring web applications.
  • Secure development, coding, and engineering practices (OWASP Top 10).
  • Systems reliability, load balancing, monitoring, and logging.
  • Implementing fully automated CI/CD pipelines, from code commits to production.
  • Administering and optimizing application stacks, including .NET and .NET Core.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell.
  • Strong understanding of networking technologies, OSI network layers, and TCP/IP.
  • Knowledge of build/release tools and methodologies in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps pipelines, Agile methodology, container security, APIs, and microservices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
