Key Responsibilities :

Implementation Leadership :

Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, data migration, and go-live support.

Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client goals.

Post-Go-Live Optimization :

Provide ongoing configuration and customization support to optimize NetSuite for clients' evolving business needs.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to clients.

Client Engagement :

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for all things NetSuite.

Conduct client training sessions to ensure effective system adoption.

Serve as a subject matter expert on NetSuite for manufacturing and physical product-based industries.

Collaboration and Growth :

Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for NetSuite implementations.

Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
