What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Administrator/Paralegal (Healthcare/Pharma/Medical Device) (Entry Level) position at Systems Ally?
We want a candidate to have:
- Most critical is to have a stellar personality who can work with Sales people, sales managers, financial and contract people.
- Will need to be able to build strong relationships with both department personnel and sales.
- So people skills is extremely important.
- Ability to learn quickly we have a number of systems are being used and need folks who are smart enough to pick up the skills and handle challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- At least a few years of office experience, ideally related to work with contracts
- A 4-year degree related to business or finance
- Ideally some experience working with Salesforce and/or Model N
- A resume and/or an interview that helps us understand what they have accomplished in their career
- And good interpersonal skills on an interview that will make us comfortable that they would fit well with our team.
- Nice to have is healthcare exp., contract exp., strong Excel, Tableau, and/or Salesforce exp.
Role Responsibilities
- Sales Support for contract generation and maintenance
- Contract language review, comparison, and where necessary assistance with negotiation and communication
- Contract and pricing input into system (Model N)
- Salesforce Use
- Excel reporting and pricing calculations and analytics
- Various Report generation (primarily using Excel, Powerpoint, and Tableau)
- Strong written and verbal Communication skills required
Experience
- Healthcare industry experience very beneficial
- Contracts and/or pricing experience very beneficial
- Some professional office experience desirable
- Sales support experience highly desirable
Education
- Bachelors 4-year degree preferred but no lower than an Associates will be accepted.
- Accounting/Finance background ideal (month-end closing type experience)
Skills - nice to have but not required
- Microsoft Excel skills very beneficial Excel is used very often so having intermediate level and knowing how to do calculations.
- Microsoft PowerPoint skills very beneficial
- Tableau skills very beneficial
- Salesforce and/or Model N experience a definite plus

Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour
