Customer Service-Enrollment Services-100% Onsite Role
Location- Livermore, CA
Hours: Must be flexible to work a shift between 5am-5pm PST
- Will be working with Acelis Health in Enrollment Services- they are responsible for assisting customers through the enrollment process.
- They will be the point of contact from the start of the account through the point of reviewing costs and service details with the customer until the customer is trained and becomes active.
- Will be trained on the specific enrollment process, but having some previous benefit or enrollment experience is a plus.
- Must have: Previous Customer service Experience, Will be Working over and on the Phone-
- Someone who can learn quickly and retain information.
- Good phone etiquette and ability to multi task.
- High Attention to Detail and good attendance is required
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
- assisting customers through the enrollment process.: 3 years (Preferred)
- healthcare industry: 3 years (Preferred)
- Good phone etiquette and ability to multi task.: 3 years (Preferred)
