- 1-3 years of experience in quality
- At least GED, associates is a plus
- Forklift certified is a plus but not required

- Monday – Friday 7:30-3:30pm
- Possible OT after training.

Purpose:
Describe the primary goals, objectives or functions or outputs of this position.
- The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the quality of product manufactured and also make sure the Durable & Consumable, commodities and raw materials used in the Drug Product and Drug Substance manufacturing areas comply with quality requirements according to procedure and material specifications.
Responsibilities:

- Material inspection of Durable & Consumable, commodities and raw material according to procedure.
- Take Sampling of incoming material according to procedure and per material specifications.
- Enter result of inspection in computer systems.
- Segregate material for rejected materials.
- Responsible of visual test and dimensional test of commodities used in the Drug Substance area.
- Release incoming material in system.
- Verify documentation generated according to procedures.
- Provide assistance to operations in accordance with environmental management, occupational health and safety (EHS) systems and promote continuous improvement.
- Comply with all EHS procedures and policies including incident reporting, use of PPE, waste management and disposal, and any other program applicable according to the position duties.
Qualifications:
List required and preferred qualifications (up to 10). Include education, skills and experience.
- High School or (GED) with two (2) years of experience in biologics or pharmaceutical industry or Associate Degree in Science with O years of experience.
- Knowledge of good manufacturing (GMP) and safety practices.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Experience driving forklifts and handling materials is preferred.
- Basic knowledge in computer systems.
