Part Time Customer Service Representative (CSR)

• 12-16 hours per week
• 2 to 3 times per week in the office
• Work Days/Times Flexible between the hours of 6am-3pm CST M-F
  
  

Job Summary:

We are looking for a part time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at Systems Graphics, a leading label printing company. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service to clients, managing orders, coordinating between departments, and ensuring smooth production processes. Experience with Label Traxx is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management:

• Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Monitor and track orders through all stages of production and notify customers of any changes or delays.
  
  

Customer Support:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
• Provide product information, resolve issues, and handle any concerns or complaints.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  
  

Production Coordination:

• Work closely with the production team to ensure customer orders are executed according to specifications and deadlines.
• Provide clear communication to production teams regarding customer requirements and order details.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are accurately completed and filed.
  
  

Label Traxx Software Support (Preferred):

• Utilize Label Traxx for order tracking and job management (experience with this software preferred).
• Maintain customer and order records within the Label Traxx system.
  
  

Sales Support:

• Assist the sales team with customer orders, quotes, and any required documentation.
• Help identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling based on customer needs.
  
  

Quality Control and Delivery Support:

• Verify order accuracy prior to shipment.
• Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure on-time deliveries and proper packaging.
  
  

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a printing or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Label Traxx software is preferred but not required.
  
  

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders and customer needs simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office software.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Reliable transportation to the Westport area.
