Job Description
Responsibilities
- As a Solution Architect / Functional Analyst, will be supporting multiple systems in the service management & shared services space
- Collaborate with business, engineering teams and other cross functional teams to drive requirements analysis and help define and deliver end to end solutions that meets business and goals.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to gather requirements and perform high level systems impact analysis for new business initiatives
- Perform Requirement / Functional Detailed analysis & document specifications
- Ensure proper requirement traceability and delivery during development and Integration Testing
- Provide solution hand-off and training for the new features to Operations and Production Support teams
