- Lead engaging brainstorming sessions to gather requirements and conduct high-level systems impact analysis for new business initiatives.
- Perform detailed requirements and functional analysis, documenting specifications effectively.
- Ensure proper requirement traceability throughout the development and integration testing phases.
- Provide comprehensive solution hand-off and training for new features to Operations and Production Support teams.
