We are Systems, LLC a leading manufacturer and designer of loading dock equipment. We continue to GROW and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization.

• Review of codes and standard cost update for all new items created
• Responsible for month-end inventory valuation accuracy; review month-end inventory reconciliations and various journal entries as needed
• Review and analysis of cost variances for various commodities for sourcing group
• Review product category codes and analysis of product costs and margins
• Responsible for maintaining standard costs and the periodic standard cost roll-up
• Responsible for analysis of labor and overhead calculations in both manufacturing facilities
• Work with inventory personnel to monitor cycle count program and various adjustments needed to maintain accurate QOH; establish remediation programs as needed to minimize shrink
• Review and evaluate ECN updates and follow-up with item standard cost updates needed
• Work with R&D group to ensure accurate costing for new/revised product offering
• Advise sales teams on establishing pricing adjustments to achieve desired margins
• Review sales tax returns and other tax filings prepared by the Sales Tax Analyst
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
• Protect Chamberlain Group’s and Systems’ reputation by keeping information confidential.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
