We are Systems, LLC a leading manufacturer and designer of loading dock equipment. We continue to GROW and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization.
- Oversee and delegate all activities related with the invoice entry process, control invoices received, from the time they are received to their successful entry into ERP
- Maintain supplier relationships through regular and professional interactions
- Ensure that invoices that require special handling are managed and processed in the system accurately and in accordance with department guidelines; ensure proper notification to responsible parties
- Serve as escalation point for complex invoice resolution and processing
- Manage supplier information and ensure changes are updated as required
- Audit payment processes and review supplier statements to ensure accuracy
- Maintain monthly accounting task checklist to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and follow up with co-workers on incomplete tasks
- Calculate and create journal entries; enter journal entries into general ledger accurately and timely
- Prepare accounts reconciliations accurately and timely; maintain assigned accounts to ensure clearing of settled transactions and follow up on missing entries
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
- Protect Chamberlain Group’s and Systems’ reputation by keeping information confidential.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance-related field
- 2 years experience in accounting or finance
- Working knowledge of accounts payable systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related applications
