Campus Recreation (UDCR) is a department within the Division of Student Development that provides growth opportunities and educational experiences that enrich the lifelong learning process of the University of Dayton Community. We are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactively growing professional to serve as the Graduate Assistant for Facility Operations and Member Services for the 25-26 and 26-27 academic years. The position is part time (20 hours per week / 9 months) and is supervised by the Assistant Director of Facility Operations & Member Services. The individual will also have opportunities to engage in departmental committees and projects, among other professional development opportunities, such that a holistic Campus Recreation experience is gained.

- Comprehensive leadership of Facility Operations and Member Services in a progressively focused collegiate recreation environment.
- Lead, inspire and manage a student staff of 50, including 6 Lead Supervisors.
- Build upon an existing culture of active student staff participation at professional conferences, service events and other engagement opportunities.
- Opportunity to work on professional staff work teams that guide our strategic development in areas such as our student supervisor cohort, educational campaigns and operational practice.
