The Application Developer will play a pivotal role in organization’s dynamic development team. One of the primary projects will be to lead the rollout of their homegrown MRP system across various departments while continuously enhancing its capabilities. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with the offshore team, providing guidance, overseeing workload management, and ensuring project success. With numerous upcoming projects focused on upgrading our applications, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of the MRP system, including integration with other applications.
- Develop and maintain .NET web applications supporting the customer base.
- Wear multiple hats in the development space, contributing to various projects as needed.
- Assist in managing the workload and priorities of the offshore development team.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Strong SQL development skills, with the ability to create complex queries and stored procedures.
- Extensive experience in full-stack .NET development using C# or VB.
- Proficiency in integration development and web application maintenance.
- Willingness and ability to multitask and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Experience in managing offshore development teams is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Manufacturing experience and familiarity with ERP development are advantageous.
