As a Systems Support Clerk, you will be responsible of monitor ticket system, deploy & set-up computers, monitors, keyboards, mice & docking stations. Collect unused IT equipment from the accounts.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 years of related work experience (IT, help desk, etc.) but is preferred not mandatory.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
Job Type: Full-time (1 shift).
Pay range: $19.50/ hr.

Schedule:
- Shift: 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday.
Duties:
- Daily Technical Support: Provide daily support with the ticket systems, operating systems, connectivity, and end-user applications.
- First Line of Support: Respond to end user calls, gather information to resolve issues, and escalate unresolved calls to Level 2 support if necessary.
- Customer Communication: Maintain clear communication, keeping them informed on the progress of their issues and ensuring satisfaction before closing tickets.
- Documentation and Feedback: Document all support requests thoroughly, test new applications, and provide feedback to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
