Job Summary
Supports the government as part of the team supporting Large Deck New Construction (LDNC) Integrated Logistics Support (ILS). Manages and tracks expenditures, procures material, and reconciles transaction reports. Develops logistical support packages, technical documentation, and configuration data for various systems. Orders and tracks Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) installation and sustainment materials required to install multiple shipboard systems.
Telework is not supported. Travel is not required.
Responsibilities and Duties
Conducts MRR (Material Receipt Report) utilizing engineering drawings (i.e., O&I/IRD) and TMs (Technical Manuals) and have basic knowledge of reading, interpreting, and validating drawings. Creates and submits ILS (Integrated Logistic Support) Certification /Checklist forms and can develop and submit Procurement documentation forms (i.e., MILSTRIP, P-Card). Researches UMMs (Unique Material Master) in MM03 database, submits requests for UMM creation, and submits requests for Part Number load in CMPRO. Conducts a physical inventory of material in various warehouses using inventory reports from CMPRO.
Qualifications and Skills
Required knowledge and years of experience
Must have at least ten (10) years of experience in Logistics Support /logistics/warehouse support. Must be proficient in Microsoft suite(Excel), Familiarity /experience with CMPRO, MBPS, CDM Haystack, NDE, OTS, PDREP. Must be familiar with MS Office experience including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Must be able to take direction and work independently.
Education Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree is preferred but not required. Prior military experience is preferred.
