Description: STG is a SEI CMMi Level 5 company with several Fortune 500 and State Government clients. STG has an opening for SAP Treasury and Risk Management (SAP - TRM).

Please note that this project assignment is with our own direct clients. We do not go through any vendors. STG only does business with direct end-clients. This is expected to be a long-term position. STG will provide immigration and permanent residency sponsorship assistance to those candidates who need it.

Job Description:

• Pair with System Integrators to Gather, analyze and understand business requirements to successfully design and implement SAP TRM solutions. Participate in the full project lifecycle, from fit-gap analysis to configuration, documentation, training, deployment, and hyper-care support.
• Configure and customize SAP TRM modules based on customer specifications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Responsible and accountable to work with System Integrators to include Enhancements, interfaces, Reports, Data conversions and workflows.
• Identify and manage Dependencies with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP TRM with external systems like our Trading Platform and External Vendors ensuring seamless data flow.
• Implement Treasury functionality (TRM- Debt, Money Market) , offering recommendations for process improvements and optimizations by participating in technical architecture discussions around business capability, technical functionality and integration Leverage Agile software processes, culture, best practices, and techniques to deliver. Align technical team capacity with business priority, user feedback, and technical feasibility. Identify and Mitigate Risks and issues before they are Realized.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Production issues within SLA. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and 3non-functional requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs.
• Conduct and support testing on SAP platform Functional, Security, Integration, User Acceptance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to prepare and stage production builds and verify production releases meet technical and business expectation
• Lead and Support PDO Release Management Activities - Cutover, data profiling, extraction, cleansing activities and Launch.

Experience Required:

• 7- 10 years of experience configuring SAP TRM or any other SAP Module.
• 10 years of experience in FICO Functional and Configuration Preferred.
• Experience with application delivery and use of test-driven, iterative, and Agile development principles Experience creating effective systems documentation.
• Functional and Technical Specs.
• Proven ability to produce deliverables on time.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working independently as well as on a team
• Experience using project tracking tools such as Rally.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, engineering or related disciplines
