Role Overview
As the Director of ERP (NetSuite), you will be at the forefront of our ERP implementation, ensuring its alignment with business goals and objectives. Beyond implementation, you will own the ongoing management, optimization, and evolution of our financial and business systems, driving efficiency and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
ERP Implementation Leadership
Lead the end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation, including requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, data migration, testing, and go-live execution.
Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, supply chain, and IT to ensure the ERP system supports business needs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external implementation partners, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met.
Post-Implementation Optimization
Oversee the continuous improvement and customization of the NetSuite platform to meet evolving business requirements.
Ensure system scalability, performance, and usability to support organizational growth.
Establish governance and best practices for ERP usage and data integrity.
Business Systems Strategy
Develop and execute a roadmap for financial and business systems, aligning technology investments with business priorities.
Identify opportunities to integrate and streamline other business systems (e.g., CRM, WMS, EDI) with NetSuite.
Lead the evaluation and implementation of additional tools and technologies as needed.
Team Leadership
Build and manage a high-performing team responsible for ERP administration, development, and support.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Partner with business leaders to understand and address pain points through system enhancements and process improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on system capabilities and data analytics.
Facilitate training and change management initiatives to ensure effective adoption of ERP and related systems.
