SYSTEMTEC is seeking to hire an IT Business Analyst
Hybrid / Onsite – Columbia, SC - 3 days onsite per week and as needed
Required Qualifications of the IT Business Analyst :
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a job-related field or Associate's and 2 year job related work experience.
- 6 years in organizational development, business analysis, process improvement (e.g. six sigma and reengineering), corporate / strategic planning, financial analysis, or business systems analysis
- Defining customer needs in technical and business contexts. Ensure the proposed technical and business solutions meet the customer's objectives for the work effort
- Expert level skills in at least one of the following : Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Access, SQL, and Python
- Preferred - A financial or finance background
