SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Business Systems Analyst This role will be responsible for user experience analysis and process optimization.
Partial Onsite – Onsite at least two days (Tuesday is required) per week, and as needed – Columbia, SC
Required Qualifications for the Business Systems Analyst:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Information Systems, or other job-related field or years of job-related work experience or 4 years-of application development, systems testing or other job-related experience.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical terms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience working in an Agile environment preferred
Required Technologies:
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (no coding required, but helpful for effective communication).
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus (not required).
- Azure experience
Responsibilities of the Business Systems Analyst:
• Our team conducts in-depth analysis of user workflows and digital touchpoints to identify optimization opportunities Facilitate workshops and interviews with internal stakeholders to gather insights on system functionality and business processes.
• Create and maintain system documentation including process flows and functional specifications
