Business Analyst/Project Coordinator
SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Business Analyst/Project Coordinator for a high-profile, long-term opportunity in Columbia, SC. Partial onsite/remote.
Required Qualifications of the Business Analyst/Project Coordinator:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- Ability to analyze and document business and system processes using various methods and tools.
- Expertise designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions meeting complex business requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written communications skills, and verbal communications skills.
- Understanding of IT development and implementation projects
- Ms office (word, excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio), and MS SharePoint
Responsibilities of the Business Analyst/Project Coordinator:
- Study and learn system capabilities associated with assigned Health and Integration systems.
- Work with Program Area System Owners and Subject Matter experts to learn and document their business functions, processes, requirements and needs.
- Work with the team to create and update technical documentation and requirements
- Assist with gap analysis of current state to future state to ensure business and process requirements are met.
- Prepare and manage project documents.
- Create system, architecture, and data flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio including current and future state diagrams.
- Schedule and conduct stakeholder meetings providing agendas in advance
- Facilitate communication between the team and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
Work Location: 3 days ONSITE per week IN COLUMBIA, SC.
