- Certified Scum Master
- with a preferred PMP Certification. This team supports Security & Compliance projects which further the security interests of the organization, from anti phishing work to cyber security efforts.

Responsibilities of the IT Program Manager of Infrastructure :
Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts. Responsible for multiple work efforts of any size, from minimum complexity system / customer impacts to greater complexity system / customer impacts.
