IT Program Manager- ONSITE in Columbia, SC

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a senior IT Project Manager with extensive experience in system integration projects at an enterprise level. This is an ONSITE role with flexibility of potentially 1 day/week. Candidates should have extensive experience working in Microsoft Office 365 suite along with hands-on experience leading high-profile IT projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications of the IT Program Manager:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
• Must be comfortable with ONSITE work in Columbia, SC.
• 7-10 years of IT project management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Supervisory Leadership Experience
• Expertise and deep-rooted knowledge of IT development and implementation projects
• Skills in discovery, detailed design, current state, future state, fit gap

Responsibilities of the IT Program Manager:

• Work with IT Leadership and Finance and Operations to confirm priorities, make adjustments as needed, identify gaps, assist with developing and maintaining roadmap
• Assist program areas with resolving any reported issues.
• Work with IT Leadership and provide technical support on the project
• Ensure Business Requirements are defined and tracked
• Ensure technical requirements and work breakdown support business requirements.
• Work with team and stakeholder to identify gaps.
• Follow and ensure IT Change Management process for system production changes.
• Monitor activities and user stories in Microsoft DevOps

Work Location: ONSITE IN COLUMBIA, SC.
